In accordance with that, you may withdraw from the contract without reasoning within eight (8) workdays from the receipt of the product(s) ordered. In this event, the equivalent of the goods in relation to fulfilment shall be refunded within a maximum of thirty (30) days by the operator of Mandra web shop, A-mandra Kkt. In case you paid delivery costs (i.e. the value of your order was below 15,000 HUF), then you will receive a personal voucher on that amount, which you may use upon any subsequent purchase of yours (this is 1500 HUF on COD deliveries and 1200 HUF on advance card payment deliveries).

If you pick up your order in person at our Customer Service, then you may assure whether the desired product meets your ideas. In this case, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised but the guarantee will remain valid, of course.
